Talent Cultivation
GTHS has developed a mature training system. For new employees, "Mentor System" will help them master working skills in a short term through one-on-one mentoring. For middle-level personnel, annual training courses are held to improve the comprehensive quality of the management team. GTHS also trains senior employees into internal instructors so as to pass on their knowledge and experience.
